Question: When you are hurting, aching, not feeling your best, what do you STOP doing?

When you stop moving, exercising or being active do you get stronger or weaker?

What does poor or deficient sleep do to your life and stress levels?

What do those COMFORT foods do to your weight AND to your levels of inflammation?
How does being heavier and inflamed affect your pain levels?
Because when you start getting AJUSTED, you start changing YOUR PATTERN. Those damaged, stuck injured joints move a little bit and heal a little bit, and so you start to feel a little bit better.
When you move a little more, do you get weaker or stronger? Tighter or looser?
How does that make you feel?
That helps you to sleep better which then helps to reduce inflammation and lower stress, which makes you more patient and NICER.

This increased activity causes people to lose weight, and become even stronger and more pliable as well as WANT to eat better.
